Home made salad dressings awesome. Fried chicken real good. Prime rib their longtime specialty. Ham and bean soup delicious but not served every day. Visit midweek for specials.

The prime rib Is amazing tender juicy not a lot of extra fat and hard bits! Seasoned great. There homemade salad dressing is soooo good! You also get bread and soup. The bread is delicious and lve the beef and vegetable soup!

One of the few remaining independent locally owned steak houses remaining in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. Long known for some of the best prime rib in area, and recent visit upheld this distinction and did not disappoint. If you are expecting glitz this is not your place. Simple decor but amazing food. Three course meals...homemade soup, salad with your choice of yummy homemade dressing which you pour yourself, then the main course. Known for prime rib and steaks, the Pink Poodle has some of the best fried chicken in the metro. For you West O folks, as easy to drive as to downtown or Old Market in Omaha. Full service bar. Wonderful hometown service. You will not be disappointed!

Best prime rib. When we're in the mood for a leisurely meal we take a drive to the Pink Poodle. Don't be in a hurry, though, because sometimes there can be a bit of a wait and take a while to get all of your food served. (There's a lot to eat - soup, salad and bread plus dinner. Not to mention, if you order drinks and appetizers...)

The Pink Poodle has been one of my all time favorite haunts while traveling and cruising the nation on business and pleasure. The prime rib is one of their signature dishes, and another is the shrimp alfredo. Full of flavor, smooth and both selections awaken the taste buds. I always, and I do accentuate ALWAYS - receive superior service, friendly banter from staff and fellow patrons. The Pink Poodle is my locations where therapeutic rest and a wonderful way to help unwind; whatever binds you, you leave it far behind Visiting and Dining here Highly recommended and most certaionly STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! You will not be sorry!

We had the 6 oz prime rib You get a potatoe, soup, fresh bread and a little dessert with it for $13.99 You can also have a 6 oz sirloin or fish if you don't like prime rib. It has always been good. Would recommend to anyone The waitresses have always been very pleasant and they have one waitress that has worked there for 60 years. She is very nice also (Donna)

The Pink Poodle has a classic diner feel to it. They have one of the best Prime Ribs in this area. The portions are large and the food is very good. You get Soup and Salad with your meal also. Not overly fancy, but the wait staff is nice and the food is always top notch.

Pure comfort and hominess. Packed but worth it. The staff is super busy but nice when they have an opportunity. Worth it every time.

Went there in search of the perfect steak, and the steaks we had were great.  From the ribeye to the filet, super. The potatoes were small but great. The atmosphere is a tad better than a Bonanza restaurant from the  70s, but it is clean and neat. It's a small town atmosphere.  The steaks though, especially the 12oz ribeye, you won't get better. The Ribeyes steaks are served in a lake  of delicious Au Jus. Just yummy. Remember, you are not going there for the atmosphere--only the steak. Look at that 12 oz ribeye in the pics.

Long time steakhouse in tiny Crescent, iowa. Server was friendly and honest. My dining companion ordered the either prime rib or brisket. He's very picky & said that it wss very tender. I had the crass legs w a baked potatoe. They were also good. We were there on a Tuesday night so it was easy to get in and our oorder included  soup, potatoes and a garden salad. Very reasonable.

The Pink Poodle is the real deal! It was easy to see why this place was voted best prime rib! The home made style soup, salads and appetizers were excellent and the prime rib was SUPERB. If your visiting Omaha and don't mind a 20 min drive then treat yourself to the Pink Poodle. If your lucky you may meet Donna, who has been a waitress here for over 63 years. A true jem and I will definitely be back.
